A good levitator has nurtured the feeling you get in floating dreams.

He has also practiced his launch a lot.

These days I don't expect to get off the ground more than once or twice a month. That's because I stopped practicing my launch every day like I used to.

The launch is an individual thing. You start learning by standing on an object anywhere from 3 inches to 3 feet off the ground. You then swing your arms back and forth. You will need to experiment with different speeds. The length of arc you make is important too. Your back should be slightly arched... or at least good and straight.

Knees should be relaxed, Most of us use a little bouncing motion.

All the while you're thinking about that feeling. You have to put your thinking about the feeling together with the arm swinging and the bouncing until you eventually will be able to feel the feeling. Now you're ready to levitate.
