Even though in my first floating dream Aunt Evie and Mom were there, in real life you can't levitate if anyone's watching.
I'm not quite sure why but I think it's psychological on the part of the floater. When Angie's dog, Hoosier, died I found I could get up even in moderate light.
I can never get up if I'm tired or hungry or stressed. I would love to levitate outdoors but I never can.
I think it has to do with anxiety over controlling my altitude.
